Dr. Webb is the best! I had to bring my 9 month old along to my appointment and he was not in the mood to hang out in his stroller. Dr. Webb was so understanding. He let him sit on my lap during the exam and was so patient even when my son started trying to "help" by grabbing the optical equipment. 100% recommended, well worth any wait you encounter.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the Vision Center! Dr. Webb found a retinal detachment and thankfully saved my vision! I brought my younger children to see him after my visit( at the recommendation of the Manger Jen) and found out they needed glasses - which tells me the school screening is just that - a screening. Would highly recommend!

I was skeptical when our company's vision insurance changed and they wanted us to utilize a big box store for eye care. I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Webb is thorough and has great customer service. I have some eye issues. He recognized the issue before I even had to say something which immediately put me at ease. He gave suggestions to help remedy some problems, which my former optometrist (and I loved) did not offer. I hope you have as great of an experience as I did. Dr. Webb is worth it!

I broke the "fishing line" on my Morel brand semi-rimless glasses at a Dells waterpark. The staff at this Walmart optical location was able to take me in as a walk-in customer without an appointment, and they made the difficult repair very quickly. Vacation saved!

I have to say I did not have positive experiences at this vision center. The first time I visited in mid December I had to wait an hour and a half to place an order for a pair of glasses. The reason for this? The clerk on duty did not know how to ring out the customer ahead of me. And instead of asking for assistance from the store manager she’s made us all stand there for over an hour while she repeatedly entered the wrong numbers into the cash register. The second time I went in to pick up my glasses was the most positive experience. However within six weeks of having my glasses they broke at the hinge. Today I went to pick up my replacement glasses. Again only one staff member was on duty and she was too busy on the telephone with an insurance company to wait on the customers. She asked me to come back in five minutes which I did and by then they were two other customers also waiting. Which shocked me the most is she simply handed me my glasses. She did not place them on my face. Instead she just asked me how they felt. When I expressed my concern she got rather defensive and told me she’d work there five years and knew what she was doing. I explained that I’ve been wearing glasses for 45 years and have never had an optical technician simply hand me my glasses and expect me to leave. When she did adjust the glasses she never looked at how they fit it behind my ear or on my nose to make sure that there was no pinching and that she’d actually curved them in the correct place. Long story short the price might be cheaper but since the service reflects that price. Cheap? cheap cheap. I will be expressing my concerns to my insurance company.

Called to get an appointment, she didn't ask my name just said "I'm with a costumer I'll have to call you back when I'm done" takes number. Never get a call back. Thanks for wasting my only day off.

Had too many variable experiences. Wouldn't recommend Dr. Webb. He was rushed in his exam with my child and my child reported that he was almost answering his own questions when he asked. . When we filled the prescription the glasses didn't help my child and they wouldn't do a follow up eye test to confirm the prescription. I did not find the experience professional or satisfactory.

Went to get new glasses, new girl employee,(nice but. No experience) first time using the eye equipment. I wanted some one with experience. I was told by her associate that she had to learn. I said she can learn on some one else. I was told that I had to be more understanding. I'm not a lab rat. I'm paying the bill. The new girl is ok, her associate, has a lot to learn about customer service. I'm going elsewhere for glasses.

Waited 3 months to get in and got a call 2 days ahead that appointment was canceled and needed to be rescheduled. Tried to call all day and no one answers the phone and it goes to Walmart service desk. They transfer you to eye center and eye center transfers you back.. so frustrating! I will try elsewhere waste of months of waiting for an appointment.

have always had a good experience here until today 9/26/17 my exam from start to finish took over 2hrs because the tech had no clue what she was doing and none of the other techs would help her I watched other customers come & go.. Im really hoping I actually get the right lens..

The bad reviews are accurate. The staff here are nasty and lie. I went here for years and Webb himself is always rushed, asks you questions but doesn't listen to the answer, I only see him for about 4 min every appointment. I would try to pay out of pocket because I was worried he'd over charge my insurance so after a few years when I finally gave in and gave him my insurance info, he billed them over triple what it'd normally cost and that ate into all of my hardware benefit leaving me no money for glasses. I had to contact this place 5 times over 2 months to get it fixed and they finally did with great hesitation. Then when I called a little while ago, I asked for them to send me my prescription and they said it was from 2021 so they didn't have the record. I said no record of it, she was like "well a little bit but it's blacked out," and I asked what does it say, she angerly told me 1 eye, and I'm like what does the other eye say, and she told me but then said "the rest is blacked out because it's expired." Yeah right, lying through your teeth, you can't tell me the system just erases a prescription the day after it expires, add Webb actually takes the time to go through everything from scratch. Nope, he just starts where your script was last time, and boom, copies and pastes you a new script. Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else.
